These  mugs are wheel thrown and made from a high quality white stoneware clay with an option of four gorgeous glazes to choose from. Green tea, lavender Haze, Waterfall Blue and Caffe latte. You also have the option between embossed or black lettering or add a red heart for something a little extra. 
 *Please add your message in the personalisation box and whether you would like your mug with black writing or embossed raw into the clay. If you do not let me know they will be left embossed by default. 
Add your own special personalisation for your loved one, family or bestie, whether that may be a special message, initials, name or symbol. If you have an extra special request please drop me a message and we can discuss bringing your ideas to life! 
PLEASE NOTE, these mugs are made to order and although I aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible, these items are handmade, stamped, dried and fired, glazed and then re-fired so can take up to 21 days to make before dispatching. The kiln can be very unpredictable and as these pieces are hand made and personalised per item. Back ups can not be made incase of faults. Faults do happen in the kiln often and I will keep you updated on the progress of your mugs if faults do arise but please bear in mind processing times will be longer in this case. All messages will be stamped to the right of the handle with he corresponding lettering in line unless I am told other wise. 
RETURNS INFORMATION
Due to the personalisation of this order, we cannot accept returns or refunds. Refunds will only be given if there has been a mistake made on our part or if the item is faulty. Let me know straight away if there is something wrong and I will do my best to fix it for you. 
Please always check your spelling when applying personalised information. If spelt wrong when given I am not held responsible.
